LAST OF THREE ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY

A joint effort involving the George County Sheriff’s Department and the United States (US) Marshal Service has resulted in the capture of the last of three (3) suspects sought in connection with a home invasion style armed robbery that occurred in the Shipman Community of George County on Monday, June 20, 2011. Twenty-six (26) year old Dominic Pate, of Boston, MA, was arrested in the Roxbury District of Boston, MA on the morning of July 7, 2011, after fleeing there to avoid capture.  Pate will be extradited back to George County to face the charge of armed robbery.
