Robert Joseph Warren, Jr. of Ogdensburg, NY age 54, was arrested on January 8, 2019. Officers with the Mobile Police Department in Mobile, Alabama, came into contact with the vehicle and the driver, who was identified as Robert Joseph Warren, Jr. Warren was taken into custody in reference to a BOLO (Be on the Lookout) in connection with a series of burglaries in George County. An investigator from George County Sheriff’s Office met with the City of Mobile Police Department. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was found to be in possession of stolen property from the burglaries that occurred in the Rocky Creek Community on January 2, 2019. He was also in possession of counterfeit money and other possible stolen property. The subject has been charged with two counts of burglary in George County and has a DETAINER/HOLD placed from the state of New York for failure to register as a sex offender. Mobile City Police Department transported and booked the subject in the Mobile County Jail on receiving stolen property and 22 counts of possession of forged instrument in the first degree.
