Kelien Hawkins has turned himself in this morning to the George County Sheriff's Office, and is in custody with a $20,000 Commercial Bond for Burglary of a Dwelling.

ARREST MADE IN BURGLARY, SAFE RECOVERED
SEPTEMBER 24, 2018
The George County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID) has been investigating a residential burglary that occurred on August 21, 2018, in the Merrill Community of George County, MS. Items taken during the burglary include a Liberty safe, jewelry, firearms, and electronics. In the course of the investigation, suspects were developed and a possible location for the safe was uncovered. With the assistance of the MS Department of Marine Resources and E & M Towing and Recovery, the stolen safe was recovered from the water surrounding the old Broadwater Marina on Highway 90 in Biloxi, MS. Arrested in connection with this crime was white male Ashton Lee Menefee (18) of Saucier, MS, on one charge of Burglary of a Dwelling. Menefee remains in custody with a $20,000 Commercial Bond. Another suspect in this case remains at large. Kelien Andreus Hawkins (19) of Biloxi, MS, has a warrant for his arrest on the charge of Burglary of a Dwelling. Hawkins may have connections in the Waveland area, as well. He is described as a black male, approximately 5-feet-9-inches tall with a slender build, brown eyes and black hair.
