STOLEN ATV’S RECOVERED

The George County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the thefts of several all-terrain vehicles that have been recovered in the last week. On Monday, March 5th, 2018, the George County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division recovered a red Honda four-wheeler and a camouflage-patterned CanAm four-wheeler from separate wooded areas off of Cooks Corner Road in George County, MS. The vehicles had been previously reported stolen from a residence in the Central Community. Later the same day, GCSO Investigator Dominique Tanner, along with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, recovered a yellow Honda Rancher and a red, newer-model Honda Rancher, at two separate residences in Mobile County, one in Wilmer and one in the City of Mobile. Those vehicles were reported stolen from a residence in the Bexley Community.
This is an ongoing investigation with arrests pending. Anyone with information concerning this or any other crime is encouraged to contact the George County Sheriff’s Office at 601.947.4811.
